Project & Program Management

I lead complex IT initiatives across enterprise environments, combining delivery ownership, program coordination, and people leadership.

I have led projects and delivery for organizations such as CRIF, VÚB Banka, HP, and Dell, alongside smaller engagements where I supported teams as an external consultant or crisis manager during critical phases.

My experience includes complex IT initiatives in enterprise environments such as Margo at CRIF, Etihad Credit Bureau, PCB Taiwan, and transformation projects at VÚB Banka. At VÚB Banka, I served as Senior Project Manager, responsible for integrating new systems into the bank environment across the organization, including the rollout of new group-level systems into the local Slovak branch and integration of a core platform supporting loan approval processes.

At CRIF, I led Margo end to end, including expansion into additional countries, team management, and hiring across a team of roughly 10–30 people. In both HP and CRIF, I worked across multiple parallel IT initiatives, combining project and program management with people leadership responsibilities. My role included team leadership, hiring, performance reviews, evaluations, and active contribution to improvements in delivery processes and products.
